  We offer a variety of products, including digital downloads (ebooks and images) and unique, print-on-demand merchandise through Printify. Our merchandise is made to order, so it’s as one-of-a-kind as you are!
• How do I download my digital products?
  Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a link to download your digital product. Easy as pie—no waiting for the postman!
• Can I change or cancel my order?
  Since our products are mostly digital or print-on-demand, we can’t change or cancel orders once they’ve been processed. Make sure you double-check your order before hitting that 'Buy' button, partner!
• Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
  For digital products including but not limited to images and eBooks, all sales are final due to the nature of the goods. However, if you have an issue with your print-on-demand merchandise, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll get it sorted with our provider.
• What are your shipping times for physical products?
  Our print-on-demand merchandise is handled by our awesome partners at Printify. Shipping times vary depending on the product and location, but typically you can expect it within 7-10 business days. Tracking info will be sent as soon as your order ships!
• How do I contact you if I need help?
  Got questions? Send us a message! We’re just an email away, and we love hearing from customers (even if we’re busy wrangling horses or working on new designs!).
• How do I download my eBook?
  After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to download the eBook directly. If you run into any trouble, give us a shout, and we’ll help you wrangle it!
• Where do you ship to?
  We currently ship physical products to the U.S. and select international locations. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we’re sorry, but we’re not able to ship to you yet. Keep an eye out, though—we’re expanding our horizons!
• Do you offer gift cards?
